Addressing a seminar on “Regional Peace” by Shaur Foundation and Neelab Children & Women Development Council, Rajwana said he was heading a committee, especially constituted, to empower South Punjab by the government.
He said that offices of health, education, irrigation, revenue, provincial highways and other departments were being shifted to South Punjab.
He said the step would facilitate local people on their doorsteps and people would not have to travel to Lahore for resovling their problems.
Senator Rafique Rajawana assured him to extend maximum help to families and regional office of OPF.
