The Multan Cricket Stadium would stage the second leg from March 26 as well as the four-day final between the top two finishers from April 14.
Likewise, the one-day tournament between the three regions would also be played concurrently with the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy with matches taking place two days after each three-day fixture.
The limited-overs event begins from March 11 in Hyderabad and concludes on April 19 with the final in Multan.
This is the first time that the PCB is organizing tournaments for the regions which have still have yet to compete at the first-class level. In the recent Faysal Bank T20 Cup, all three regions participated with Larkana (Bulls) even reaching the quarter-finals.
