Massive upgrades have been completed at Nishtar Hospital MULTAN

MULTAN:
Massive upgrades have been completed at Nishtar Hospital.
More than 3,500 patients visit the hospital daily.
Board of Management Chairman Jalaluddin Rumi told The Express Tribune the upgrades had started in October last year.
A lift that can shift three beds to the emergency ward has been installed. The number of beds at the hospital has been increased to 500. Another 100 more beds were expected to be added soon, Rumi said.
“We have also started a computerised card system which will include medical histories of patients,” Rumi said. Rumi said the hospital had received a Rs13 million donation from Habib Bank Foundation for the renovation of the outdoor ward.
