There was a canal and bridges over canal, in Multan passing by the area where a road exists now a days from MDA Chowk (Pul Murda Khana) to Kalma Chowk (Pul Moaj Darya). Pul means bridge in Urdu.
Pul Moaj Darya was Called so because of Tomb of Hazrat Moj Darya, totally lost due to neglegence of Punjab Govt. was located where "The Multan Chamber of Commerec and Industry (MCCI)" building stands now a days.
It is said about the saint he was living along bank of canal and Hazrat Shah Gardezi stayed with him when he first visit Multan city.
