Railway Tower The Highest construction in Multan

Not a building but it is highest construction (perhaps) in Multan which was constructed years ago, then Pakistan put its development on hold and still it is the highest structure in Multan.
Reason to create this structure was to communicate with other railway stations but now a days with cheapest satellite services GPS etc it has become less useful.

They should convert it into a building if possible and may create a record of highest building in Pakistan
