Housing Project will Consist of 9000 Acres of Land
Multan (Urdu Daily Nawaiwaqt Multan/ Published on Saturday, June 7th, 2014) – Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Lahore is rapidly implementing its new housing plan for its DHA Multan Housing Scheme.
This housing project will consist of nine thousand acres of land. Initially it was planned on 32 thousand acres. But due proportion of Multan city, It is now decreased on just 9000 acres of land.
Land is being purchased on fast track. big investors has been allowed to purchase land from the owner of land like Mansha Group and Mian amir Mehmood.
Lnad is being purchased on the prices of 50 Lac per acre to 1 Crore per acre. Land is being purchased in Mauza Sangi, Mauza Kotla Sadaat, Madina basti and others areas.
